Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on carrier selection and destination

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and destinations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Vele Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vele Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
