At Vele Nutrition, we make it easy to manage your subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.
Order Processing
Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any changes made after processing will apply to future subscription orders.
Subscription Renewals
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Vele Nutrition to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen during checkout until you cancel your subscription.
You will continue to receive recurring shipments unless your subscription is canceled before the next billing date.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment information.
Cancellation
There are no cancellation fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
